I isolate less than once a month lately, I’ve learned to recognize these situations and sometimes head them off before they get to that point, and my isolation episodes are down to an hour or two when they do happen. Usually, its not that they don’t have feelings, its that some people are just exceptionaly good at hiding their emotions. Which is usually a sign that they have been through a lot in their life and now feel the need to supress their feelings in order to appear tough and like their life is all put together when it really may not be…. (Or something similar to that) For those who relate: Please don’t do this to yourself, you will find good people who support you. Its good to cry. It is good to laugh. It is healthy to want some alone time and it is perfectly normal to be a little mad at times… but dont bottle it all up. Thats not good for yourself physicaly, mentaly, you will get to a point and explode. Either that or you will be completly dull from sensing physical/ mental feelings.
